Back Story

​

I’m an experienced marketing professional with over 20 years in independent and network creative agencies, working with some amazing brands in Consumer Health, Technology, FMCG and Travel.

After years of leading client relationships and running cross-functional teams, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how people work; how they try to navigate their personal challenges and consequently why decisions are made. Working with some amazing business leaders and talent management professionals, I’ve seen the necessity of clarity of thought in team development and the importance of empathy in leadership.

It is this focus on individuals and their development that led me to move into Business and Leadership Coaching. I’ve trained with the amazing people at Culture at Work, to qualify as a 'Coaching for Performance Accredited Coach' (CfPAC), accredited by the ILM (City & Guilds) and the Association for Coaching. The CfPAC qualifies me to coach in all categories and at all levels.

I'm also a member of EMCC and abide by the Global Code of Ethics.
