Hello!

 

I'm James, an EMCC accredited business and leadership coach, with a background in advertising and marketing agencies.

 

I now work with founders of creative businesses; emerging leaders; or individuals looking for the next step in professional life. Every client's challenge is unique to them but can often be related to confidence; to leadership style; to navigating change or to individual value systems. My job is to deliver impact by achieving clarity through appropriate questioning, challenging assumptions and by debunking self-limiting thinking.

As I spent years in marketing and creative businesses, working with people from that space comes very naturally, but I also have clients in technology and charity, plus founders from various sectors.
